We first went to Edo for my husband, but as we were talking I realised that I had a lot of the issues that were being discussed. Edo has help me with my movement and I'm walking quicker. He has shared his knowledge in many ways to helped with our general health to keeping fit as we get older. My husband has also gain better movement. We would definitely recommend. I was suffering with pain in my right shoulder, extending down my arm. Eduardo did a thorough exam and explained what he thought was happening and the cause. With adjustments and exercises from Eduardo and some physio massage from Phil & Amelia that is now gone and my posture, generally, is greatly restored - feeling much better! Edo suggested some ongoing exercises and maybe an occasional review to keep on top of things. Very professional, great result for me and a genuinely nice team to work with. Many thanks. Nick
